Returns and refunds are offered 14 days after the confirmed delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item meets the above conditions then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like the same shoe in another size simply place a new order. Send back the shoes you want to exchange as a return and you will receive a full refund in accordance with our return policy.
Return Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you send your return via insured parcel post or other traceable methods. Ms. Lisa's Shoes is not responsible for returns until they are received in our warehouse. Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.
